iLOQ Sales Return Policy

Return Terms and Condition

  • iLOQ provides 60 days’ return option for free to its partners
  • The time period will commence from the date of delivery by iLOQ of respective products
  • Subject to compliance with this policy, iLOQ will credit 100% (excluding shipping costs*)) of net purchase price paid for the products
  • Return shipping is paid by iLOQ when iLOQ Partner Portal and courier services proposed in the Partner Portal are used to arrange the return shipping
  • Return must be pre-registered in iLOQ Partner Portal before returning any products
  • Returned products must be returned as ‘new ones’ in saleable condition: in original package and free of any damage and use
  • Returned products must be in factory mode
  • Quantity of returned products must be the same as entered into the return form in iLOQ Partner Portal
  • No partial returns are allowed, only complete sets of products
  • If this return policy is not complied with, iLOQ will be entitled to charge from partner the costs of return shipping and other direct costs related to the misuse of this policy

 

*) shipping costs credited if the whole order is returned due to shipping error made by iLOQ

 

 

Special notes:

  • In the case of partner’s order error: Credit is always paid with credit invoice. If partner needs new/replacement products, partner should place a new order
  • In case of shipping error iLOQ sends correct parts automatically based on the original order
